Common Application of Hydraulic Filter Car

Hydraulic filter truck is a special form of hydraulic filter, also known as fine oil filter truck or mobile oil filter truck. It is mainly used for filtering or filling crude oil. It has far-reaching significance for improving the fineness of crude oil and recovering dirty oil. Because of different filtering objects, it can be divided into single level filtering vehicles and multi-level filtering vehicles. Generally, the crude oil filtered by the multi-stage filter truck is purer than that filtered by the single-stage filter truck.

We all know that the application of hydraulic filter is very particular, including bypass filtering, oil inlet filtering, oil outlet filtering, etc. Similarly, the hydraulic filter truck can not achieve all types of filtration in application, but only in the lubrication system. Because of different positions, it can be divided into four aspects:
1. Prepare the lubrication system for filtration. This is mainly about the initial filtration of the oil source before the lubrication system is put into use.
2. Filter before entering the pump. At this time, the filter truck is mainly installed in front of the pump and flows out from the oil pump after filtering.
3. Add oil and filter. The lubrication system needs to be filtered by the hydraulic filter truck when refueling to ensure that the added raw liquid will not affect the whole hydraulic system behind.
4. Bypass filtration. Bypass filtration is also a very important link in the hydraulic system of hydraulic filter. The hydraulic filter truck plays a particularly outstanding role in bypass filtration.
