Hydraulic filter pressure drop control

Hydraulic filter is an important component used to filter oil pollution in the hydraulic system. It can be said that hydraulic filter is an indispensable part of the hydraulic system.

The filtering effect of the hydraulic filter is closely related to the pressure drop. That is, if the filtering effect of the hydraulic filter is good, the pressure drop will be low. If the filtering effect of the hydraulic filter is poor, the pressure drop will be high.

If we want the hydraulic system to achieve better filtering effect, that is to say, the hydraulic filter has a high filtering accuracy, we need to properly control the pressure drop, such as reducing the oil flow rate, to achieve the desired filtering effect.
