Hydraulic system

2023-04-06

The function of the hydraulic system is to increase the force by changing the pressure. A complete hydraulic system consists of five parts, namely power components, actuator components, control components, auxiliary components (accessories), and hydraulic oil. Hydraulic systems can be divided into two categories: hydraulic transmission systems and hydraulic control systems. The main function of hydraulic transmission system is to transmit power and motion. The hydraulic control system needs to ensure that the output of the hydraulic system meets specific performance requirements (especially dynamic performance), and the commonly referred hydraulic system mainly refers to the hydraulic transmission system.

The function of the hydraulic system is to increase the force by changing the pressure. A complete hydraulic system consists of five parts, namely power components, actuator components, control components, auxiliary components (accessories), and hydraulic oil. The quality of a hydraulic system depends on the rationality of system design, the performance of system components, and the pollution prevention and treatment of the system, with the last point being particularly important. In recent years, China's domestic hydraulic technology has greatly improved, and it is no longer simply using foreign hydraulic technology for processing.

Anyone with some mechanical knowledge knows that energy can be converted into each other, and applying this knowledge to hydraulic systems is the best way to explain the power loss of hydraulic systems. On the one hand, hydraulic system power can cause energy loss, leading to a decrease in the overall efficiency of the system. On the other hand, the lost energy will be converted into heat energy, causing the temperature of hydraulic oil to rise, the oil to deteriorate, and causing hydraulic equipment to malfunction. Therefore, when designing hydraulic systems, while meeting usage requirements, full consideration should also be given to reducing system power loss.

The quality of a hydraulic system not only depends on the rationality of system design and the performance of system components, but also on the pollution prevention and treatment of the system. System pollution directly affects the reliability of hydraulic system operation and the service life of components.
