1、 Product Introduction:

A precision oil filter, also known as a bypass oil filter, is a special filtering equipment that uses a bypass structure. It uses a pressure pump to extract a portion of the oil material into the filter for precision filtration, removing impurities such as water, rust, and particulate dust from the oil material, and then returning it to the oil tank.

2、 Working principle:

The oil is introduced through the high-pressure oil pump, enters the filter tank through the stop valve and flow control valve, passes through the precision filter element for filtration, and then returns to the oil tank through the inspection valve. Precision filter cartridges are made of paper, metal particles, activated carbon, and other materials. The shell of the cylinder is generally made of stainless steel material, and the interior uses tubular filter elements such as PP melt blown, wire fired, folded, titanium filter element, and activated carbon filter element as filtering elements. Different filtering elements are selected according to different filtering media and design processes.
