The operating procedure of the oil filter machine

1. When used on site, the oil filter machine shall be as close to the transformer or oil tank as possible, the oil suction pipeline shall not be too long, and the pipeline resistance shall be reduced as far as possible.

2. (oil filter machine)The connecting pipes (including oil tank) must be thoroughly cleaned in advance and have good sealing.

3.(oil filter machine) Strictly follow the operating procedures. When starting the oil filter, the oil can be recycled only after the vacuum pump, oil pump and heater operate normally and ensure good internal circulation.

4. The purified oil contains a lot of mechanical impurities and free water. The water and impurities at the bottom must be removed in advance, and then fully filtered by other filtering equipment (such as centrifugal oil filter and pressure oil filter) to meet the crude oil standard required by the vacuum oil filter, so as to affect the service life of the oil filter.

5. (oil filter machine)During operation, the working condition of the oil filter (such as vacuum, flow, temperature, etc.) shall be strictly monitored, and the quality of oil before and after treatment (breakdown voltage, etc.) shall be regularly detected to monitor the purification effect of the oil filter.

6. During winter operation, thermal insulation measures shall be taken for pipelines, vacuum tanks and other components. When filtering oil in the substation, relevant provisions in the safety work regulations of the power industry issued by the power industry must be observed at the same time.
