How to deal with the water separated from the oil in the oil filter?
When some water is mixed into the oil, the hydraulic oil will be emulsified in a white and turbid state. When the white emulsified oil enters the hydraulic system, it will rust in the components of the hydraulic valve, reduce its smoothness, aggravate the wear of the workpiece and reduce the power of the system. Water will also interact with some additives in the oil to produce pollutants such as deposition and colloid, which will accelerate the deterioration of the oil. At low temperature, the water condenses into fine ice particles, which also simply blocks the gap of the control element and the outlet.

How to deal with water in hydraulic oil?
Generally, the specific gravity of hydraulic oil will be less than that of water. Therefore, after the water enters the oil tank, the water will gradually deposit at the bottom of the oil tank. When water is found, stop the machine and let the oil in the oil tank stand for 1 hour to allow time for water to deposit. Then, just open the drain valve at the bottom of the oil tank and drain the deposited water. If the temperature of the oil tank is low, the oil temperature can be heated, and the temperature should not be greater than 60 ℃, which is conducive to the separation of oil and water. This method is only applicable to hydraulic oil without emulsification. The water and particulate impurities in the hydraulic oil can be filtered through the oil-water separator / oil filter, so that the hydraulic oil can be recycled, purified and reused, reducing the cost of purchasing and replacing new oil and reducing carbon emission!
