For the daily maintenance of stainless steel pressure gauge, pay attention to the following points

1. The maximum current of stainless steel pressure gauge shall not exceed 3A (ampere).

2. The pressure gauge shall be installed vertically, and collision and vibration shall be avoided during operation and installation.

3. The vibration or violent pulsation of the measured medium will not affect the reliable contact and accurate signal reading. The ambient temperature is - 40 ℃ - + 70 ℃, and the relative humidity is no more than 85%.

4. The electrical circuit of the pressure gauge (refer to the schematic diagram) shall be carefully checked after installation and connection, and trial operation shall be carried out.

5. When adjusting the given value, the pressure gauge must use a screw tightening tool with a single slot.

6. When measuring static load, the pressure gauge can reach 3 / 4 of the upper limit of measurement, when measuring alternating load, it can reach 2 / 3 of the upper limit of measurement, and when measuring instantaneously, it can reach the upper limit of measurement.

7. When measuring the medium pressure with high viscosity and violently fluctuating pressure, the pressure gauge shall be equipped with isolation device and buffer device.

8. The pressure gauge shall be calibrated regularly (at least once every three months)

9. Keep the pressure gauge dry, clean and properly maintained during use.
