2. During use, the user should often check whether the oil pipe joints and valves of the oil filter are blocked and oil leakage, check whether the oil inlet and outlet pipes are installed correctly, and check whether all rotating parts are blocked. If any problem is found, stop the machine immediately for inspection and treatment. In addition, anti-static grounding measures shall be taken for the metal pipes of oil filter and oil system. If possible, the user shall conduct a trial run and check that the steering direction of oil pump and other motors shall meet the requirements.
3. The user should first start the cooling water pump and check whether the water circulation is normal. Then start the oil drain pump switch to drain the oil and filter impurities. The oil circuit circulates normally. Turn on the heater switch to evaporate the water in the oil such as edible oil.
4. When the oil circulation is normal, press the electric heating start button to heat the oil. The temperature controller is usually set to 40 ℃ - 80 ℃. When the oil temperature rises to the set temperature, the oil filter will automatically turn off the heater. When the oil temperature is lower than the set temperature, the heater will automatically start, so as to keep the heating uniform and constant temperature, reduce the impact of temperature fluctuation on the quality of edible oil and other oil, and improve the quality of oil filter.
