Generally, the hydraulic component integrated test bench adopts a semi-closed hydraulic circuit system structure, which is an indispensable equipment for checking hydraulic components and systems. The basic composition of the hydraulic component integrated test bench includes three parts, namely, hydraulic power station, hydraulic test bench and control test operation bench.

As for the hydraulic power station of the hydraulic component integrated test bench, this part mainly provides the hydraulic power and the hydraulic control element at the front end of the tested component, which is relatively simple. For the hydraulic test bench of the hydraulic component integrated test bench, this part mainly provides the installation and test address of the tested component, the installation address of the test sensor, and the hydraulic control element behind the tested component, as well as the on-site display of the instrument.

Generally speaking, the hydraulic test bench of the hydraulic component integrated test bench is composed of the tested component, various sensors for testing, the hydraulic control component behind the oil circuit of the tested component, and the primary field display instrument. The test table is equipped with a sump pan under which a small pump station collects hydraulic oil leaked during installation and test; The test table is equipped with a movable closed mask along the side to prevent hydraulic oil from spraying out and dust from entering.

As for the control and test operation platform of the hydraulic component integrated test platform, this part is composed of computer, PLC, low-voltage electrical control components and secondary measuring instruments. Its layout is divided into two parts: low-voltage electrical control cabinet and control display console. Low-voltage electrical control cabinet is responsible for motor starting, heater heating, cooler cooling, and installation of various intermediate relays. The control display panel is composed of industrial computer, display, PLC and digital display instrument.
