Influence of pressure on hydraulic filter

Hydraulic filter is a device that plays a role in filtering impurities in the hydraulic system, and is very important for the hydraulic system.

The filtering effect of a hydraulic filter is determined by the quality of the filter element, that is, the pressure difference of the filter element.

The pressure difference in the filter element of a hydraulic filter is mainly caused by different air changes inside and outside the filter element. Specifically, the inside of the hydraulic filter is clean and free of impurities, while the outside is filled with many impurities that accumulate outside the filter element. Under the pressure effect of the hydraulic system, the oil is squeezed into the hydraulic filter for filtration, naturally resulting in a corresponding pressure difference.

It can be seen that we should be particularly cautious in the selection of hydraulic filters, and select hydraulic filters with a suitable pressure range based on the pressure strength of the hydraulic system.

From here, we know that only hydraulic filters that can withstand the pressure in the hydraulic system can have a better filtering effect, while hydraulic filters with insufficient pressure resistance cannot achieve the predetermined filtering effect, or even damage the hydraulic filter, allowing hydraulic oil with lower accuracy to enter the hydraulic system.
