How to replace the filter element?

It's very important to use a suitable filter element for oil filter. Please replace the filter element when working time is over 6 months or working pressuer is over 5 bars continuously.

Here's the method of replacing filter element:

1. Rotate the T-bolt of oil filter counterclockwise and remove the cap after the pressure is 0 and power is off.
2. Please pull the filter out off the housing by holding belt with two hands. You can rotate the belt right and left several time to make the filter loose if the filter is too tightly.
3. If filter element cannot be removed or holding belt is broken. Please use plier to pull the inner paper tube out first and then take all inner parts out one by one.
4. Please put the new filter element into the housing and press it to the end. Make sure that O-ring of cap is a good quality without any damage and does not drop off from the original location. Then install the cap. Finally, tighten the T-bolt of oil filter clockwise.
