How to solve the problem of lack of pressure in oil filter?


1. When starting the oil filter, pay attention not to reverse the oil pump, so as not to cause the shaft seal of the oil pump to blow out and cause air suction.
2. During the operation of the oil filter, the oil pump may inhale air, which may affect the flow of the oil pump. In order to reach the additional flow of the oil filter and ensure the normal operation of the precision filter element, it is necessary to check whether the oil filter tube is inserted properly in time.
3. After the oil filter has been used for a period of time, if the oil suction is blocked due to severe pollutants blocking the surface of the coarse filter (lack of oil inlet), resulting in excessive oil pump noise, the oil inlet filter element should be shut down and removed for cleaning or replacement.
4. After using the precision filter element for a period of time, it is easy to be blocked by pollutants gradually, causing the pressure of the filter cartridge to rise. When the pressure gauge value reaches 0.4MPa, the precision filter element needs to be replaced in time.
5. In order to ensure the oil filtering effect, the oil suction and oil outlet hoses used should be kept clean at all times.
6. The output flow of the oil filter truck is significantly reduced. 
7. The filtration pressure drops suddenly. Please check whether the precision filter element is broken down and damaged.
