Application of oil filter in various industries

The power industry can be described as a "big user" of oil filter equipment, and it is also a high-end user of oil filters. 80% of oil filters with large flow, large models and high-end configurations are bought by users in the power industry. Because the power industry is in a monopoly position, and the project investment is huge, the profit return is high, the project requirements are high, and it has "big money, high requirements, large models", so it is understandable that the purchase amount is large. The "five electricity and two networks", represented by Huaneng, Guodian group, China power investment, Datang, Huadian Group, State Grid and China Southern Power Grid, are the main users of our oil filter in the power industry. In addition, self owned power plants under other large industrial and mining enterprises, heating and thermal power plants in the north, and small hydropower stations on all steps in the south are also important users in the field of power production.



The chemical industry is also an important application field of our oil filters. Petrochemical industry and its derived biomedicine, plastics, rubber, clothing, lubricants and other production processes involve the treatment of waste oil and the improvement of the quality of new oil; Chemical fertilizer production, coal chemical industry, synthetic chemical industry, gas, natural gas chemical industry and other chemical industry production lines are generally large-scale, and the oil consumption is also very considerable, which is an important application field of oil filter. The lubricating oil used in the chemical industry is generally hydraulic oil and conventional lubricating oil, which can be treated with oil filter trolley, pressure oil filter or vacuum oil filter. However, it should be noted that the whole machine needs explosion-proof, because of the particularity of the chemical industry, flammability and explosion need to be prohibited.
