The correct steps for using hydraulic oil filters

The hydraulic oil filter is used to process and regenerate high-precision oil products such as unqualified hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, refrigeration oil, anti-wear hydraulic oil, heat transfer oil, quenching oil, cleaning oil, rust prevention oil, etc. (phosphate grease resistant oil is made of all stainless steel material).

Usage steps:

1. Start the vacuum pump, and when the vacuum reaches -0.07Mpa, slowly open the inlet valve 12 to gradually allow the oil to flow into the oil filter.
2. Observe the oil level on the vacuum separator. When the oil level reaches the oil level, open throttle 16.
3. Start the oil pump (note: ensure that the outlet valve is open when starting the oil pump, otherwise it may cause danger). The oil is discharged from the oil outlet, causing the oil filter to circulate. After adjusting the inlet ball valve 1, the oil level is basically balanced and automatically controlled by the liquid level controller.
4. When the oil passes through the oil filter to form a normal circulation filtration (i.e., after the inlet and outlet oil quantities reach equilibrium), the heater can be turned on. The temperature controller is set between 45~70~C (as needed) to heat the oil at a constant temperature, ensuring normal degassing and dehydration of the vacuum separator.
5. When the hydraulic oil filter is working normally, turn on the fan on the cooler to start the strong wind cooling system and ensure that the filtered steam and gas cool and settle in the water tank of the cooler.
6. The sampling valve of the oil filter can be sampled and tested after a period of operation.
