Development Trend of Hydraulic Technology

2023-04-26

Modern hydraulic technology is closely combined with new technologies such as microelectronics, computer control technology, and sensing technology, forming and developing into an automation technology that includes transmission, control, and detection. Currently, hydraulic technology has made significant progress in achieving various requirements such as high pressure, high speed, high power, durability, and high integration; There have also been many new achievements in improving and developing proportional control, servo control, and development control technologies. At the same time, computer-aided design (CAD) and testing (CAT) of hydraulic components and systems, microcomputer control, mechatronics, fluidics, reliability, pollution control, energy consumption control, and other aspects are also directions for the development and research of hydraulic technology.

1. Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Testing (CAT) fully utilize existing hydraulic CAD design software for secondary development and establish a knowledge base information system, which will form a closed-loop system of design manufacturing sales usage design.

2. Mechatronics integration can achieve flexibility and intelligence in hydraulic systems, fully leveraging the advantages of high hydraulic transmission output, low inertia, and fast response.

3. Gradually improving reliability and performance stability. Reliability and performance stability are the most comprehensive indicators involved, including the reliability of components, devices, accessories, and accessories, as well as the reliability design, manufacturing, and maintenance of the system.

4. Pollution control. In the past, the hydraulic industry mainly focused on controlling solid particle pollution, but often did not pay enough attention to pollution control of water, air, etc. In the future, attention should be paid to solving: strictly controlling pollution during product production, developing closed systems, and preventing external pollutants from entering the system

5. Reduce losses and fully utilize energy hydraulic technology in the process of converting mechanical energy into pressure energy and reverse conversion, there is always energy loss.

6. Although hydraulic transmission has many advantages, it enhances its adaptability to the environment and expands its application range.
