1. The key to determining the power of filters at all levels is to ensure the performance requirements of the final filter, the power standards of the pre filter are reasonable, and the maintenance of the primary and fine filters is convenient.

2. Increase the filtration area. The larger the filtration area of the filter, the more dust it can contain, and the longer its lifespan. And with a large filtering area, the speed of airflow passing through the data is low, and the resistance of the hydraulic filter is small.

3. Adjust the power of hydraulic filters at all levels. If the filtering power of the pre filter is too low, adjust the filtering power of the pre hydraulic filter to block dust in the pre filter.

4. It is not advisable to emphasize the additional role of hydraulic filters.

5. Climate factors affect the filtering effect. If there are many poplar and willow trees in the application area of hydraulic filters, corresponding methods should be adopted in air conditioning design, such as changing the height of the air inlet or adding protective nets to the air inlet. If the solution is not appropriate, then there is only one solution left: frequently change the filter during the floating season.

6. It is difficult to promote high-power filters with cleaning skills, and the application situation is very exquisite. Even if hydraulic filters cannot be washed out, it is best not to wash them unless you have confidence in thorough cleaning and the performance will not change after cleaning.
