Portable oil filter is a kind of simple and portable filtering equipment. It can adapt to a variety of working conditions in the working process. Structural features of portable oil filter:
One motor, one oil pump, simple control system, pressure sensor and several filters constitute the basic structure of portable oil filter. The motor provides power for the oil pump, the pressure sensor detects the pressure and gives an automatic alarm, and the filter intercepts impurities through the filter element to complete the actual filtering work.
The core of portable oil filter is the filter. The filter is generally called oil filter element or oil filter, which is mainly installed in 1-3 cans. From the appearance, the more cans, the more filters, the more corresponding filtering stages, the higher the filtering accuracy, and the less consumables.
Because of the large number of filtering stages, while improving the reasonable gradient and improving the filtering accuracy, the method of layer by layer interception reduces the probability of filter element blockage and saves the later cost for users. Of course, the price is higher.
